Beef Curry Recipe

I guess you are looking for a decent Beef Curry Recipe? Well you are in the right place…. I recently posted about my Vegetarian Curry Recipe which is something that I make very very often. However I understand that you may want more than just veggies in your meal so here is an addition to that recipe to prepare the beef and make an awesome curry.
ED. This Recipe can also be made with lamb instead of beef. So consider it a Lamb Curry Recipe too…
First you need about two fist sizes worth of cubed beef. This should be good quality but stewing beef will be okay if you cook for a little longer.
- Cut one onion and 1 clove of garlic and fry in a little oil.
- Add a bay leaf if you have them to hand
- Drain the cubed beef of blood and then add into the pan and cook for 10-15 minutes until browned. Put the beef aside.
- Make the Vegetarian Curry Recipe from my other recipe (leave some veggies out if you wish) and then add the beef just after step 9.
- Cook until beef is tender and serve.
That’s it!
