Divorced Dad Frugal Dad was kind enough to send me 3 of his popular fantastic recipes for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner… So a whole day frugal yummyess!

Ok, here is your day’s worth of awesome recipes.
Breakfast Idea: Easy Banana Bread
Here is one that Mrs. DDFD uses to save bananas that have gotten ahead of us– makes a nice breakfast or even dessert.
Here’s what you need:
* 3 ripe bananas
* 2 cups of flour
* 1 egg
* 1 cup of sugar
* 1/4 cup of butter
* 1 teaspoon of baking soda
* 1/2 teaspoon of salt
Here’s what to do:
* Preheat oven to 350 degrees
* Grease the pan
* Mix butter and sugar
* Mix in egg and mashed bananas
* Add rest of ingredients
* Pour all into pan
* Bake one hour or less
* Decrease heat if necessary
It is delicious and goes faster than the bananas . . .
Prep time is about 10 minutes. Serves 6-10 (depending on the slices).
Lunch Idea: Veal Parmigiana Hero
You have leftovers because you made my Dinner Idea: Pasta With Homemade Italian Gravy, now add some nice some lightly breaded veal cutlets and some cheese and you have a Veal Parmigiana Hero . . .
Here’s what you need:
* Leftover Italian gravy
* Lightly breaded veal cutlets (precooked)
* Italian bread
* Grated cheese
* Mozzarella
Here’s what to do:
* Heat up the gravy and veal cutlets
* Toast Italian bread
* Fill bread with gravy and veal cutlets
* Put cheese(s) on hot gravy and veal cutlets
Prep time is under 10 minutes. Serves 6-8.

Dinner Idea: Almond Broiled Trout Fillets
One of our favorites– Almond Broiled Trout Fillets . . . we especially like Rainbow Trout. Prep time is total 10 minutes (including the cooking). Serves 4-6.
Here’s what you need:
* 6-8 trout fillets (Time to go fishing . . .)
* 2-3 lemons
* 2-3 tablespoons of sliced almonds
* 1-2 tablespoons of sherry or white wine
* 1-2 tablespoons of butter
* 1 pinch of salt
* 1 pinch of pepper
* 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
Here’s what to do:
* Turn on broiler
* Line a pan with foil and spray with Pam
* Sprinkle salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper on pan
* Put half the sherry on pan and squeeze some lemon juice on as well
* Put fillets flesh side down/skin side up
* Broil about two (2) minutes until fillets curl and Put sliced almonds in plastic sandwich bag and smash with a spoon until crumbs
* Remove pan and flip fillets
* Apply butter, sherry, and more lemon juice directly on fillets
* Sprinkle almond crumbs on fillets
* Return to broiler for about two (2) more minutes– toast the almonds, don’t burn them
Serve with wild and long grain rice and choice of veggie (include a lemon slice for the trout).
