How Family Video Started (rewrite)

Clarence Hoogland started the Midstates Appliance & Supply Company in 1946. In 1953 his son Charlie took over the running if the company. When the 70′s saw the company with a stock pile of videos Charlie and his team came across the idea to rent them out with Family Video finally being founded in 1978. The company is still in the Hoogland family with Charlie’s sons Keith and Eric being the President and Vice President.
