Find The Right Credit Card For You
Posted by Forest in Opinion, Saving Money & Finances
I’m very mixed on the subject of credit cards. I am not sure that you can ever 100% find the right credit card for you…. I don’t personally use them anymore and have made a pledge to never take credit again! However I do acknowledge that there is a time and a place for them and they can be used effectively to build wealth and make life easier if you have extreme sense and discipline.
How do you find the right credit card for you?
First you need to ascertain exactly what your needs are, will it be casual, for business, for a certain payment each month, emergency travel or anything else. I think it’s very important to write these down…. Then you literally need to stroll around look at ALL the cards rates and rewards and fees and chose one for you….. I don’t think it’s much harder than that as long as you take time to read EVERYTHING…. Now here is what I actually thing personally
.
The right credit card for you is a debit card!!!
These days most banks offer VISA Debit. Since I am off the credit cards I have been finding it easy to use this in every instance that a credit card is needed and I never have to worry about paying back the balance or anything, it’s wired straight to my checking account.
Now what do you think? Is a credit card worthwhile when debit cards do the job? Is there any justification for going into more debt. Please leave a comment, I would love to hear from you.
