Free printable Thanksgiving games

Free printable Thanksgiving games Keep the kids busy with some free printable Thanksgiving games this holiday…

Oh uh! Thanksgiving is upon us again and I am sure you are not ready. Soon the house will be full of kids and family or you may be traveling elsewhere. Luckily there are lots of free activities that you can download and print for the kids (and maybe some adults too) to keep people occupied and having fun.

Thanksgiving games word search

I love word search and these games are fantastic for in the car / plane on a long journey or to keep everyone occupied before or after the huge feast. Word search is also a great activity because it helps train the brain keep sharp so it’s an excellent activity for everyone to do.

Puzzle Club and Puzzles.ca are both great resources for some free printable word search puzzles and both sites have puzzles on many themes including more specific thanksgiving word search options if you want to stay on theme. Alternatively you can almost always pick up word search books at the dollar store.

Thanksgiving games connect dots

For younger kids or just a quick bit of fun the connect dots games are always a fun and safe bet. They are also amazing little tools for kids still learning the alphabet and in some cases the numbers.

A great selection of dot to dot puzzles can be found at ABC Teach and About has an excellent turkey dot to dot and a pumpkin dot to dot.

Other Thanksgiving worksheets

Wordsearches and connect dots puzzles are great but there are many other options for free printable thanksgiving puzzles such as suduko, other word games, animal sheets and more. All Kids Network offers an excellent selection of free printable worksheets so I suggest you try them out.

I hope you have a fantastic weekend with the kids and family and everyone keeps relaxes, entertained and all is well. Enjoy yourself and have fun!
