		<description>Oh I forgot it&#039;s not available the same in the states! The closest (and a fine substitute) that i found in USA was called Allspice (make sure it&#039;s the slightly sweet smelling mix of spices)... this recipe works fine without it but I like it in my French Toast mix.</description>

I really like a basic madras and I love Dupiaza..... If I could make it right I think Naan bread would be one of my top choices too. I have made some fairly ok basic naans using flour, water and a little yoghurt but just can&#039;t get the taste right.

In the restaurant I often try and find something new.</description>
