I could write a million tips for being frugal, but may still miss the exact thing that you are looking for. That is where boards and forums come into play.

Finding a frugal board is an ideal way to get interaction directly with other like-minded people. Basically, for anything you need to know, fire off a question and if the forum is active, you will get a pretty quick answer.

This is a simple, nice looking and pretty active forum. Sadly, my post asking for opinions of this blog was rejected as spam…. I can see why! Anyway, it’s worth joining to start getting a ton of new and interesting frugal tips and opinions.

This forum is a little less active.  Nonetheless, it seems to have a nice community and lots of useful stuff. I posted a short commet asking for opinions on this site and am looking forward to the replies.

I’m not a mom, but this does not mean I can’t hang out here :). Who better to give out frugal advice than the moms that have to look after their families every day?!

Families.com Frugal Forum - My user name: forestparks

This is part of a much wider Family forum network where you can find all sorts of interesting forums and threads. It’s very active, but I found it a little less user friendly than some of the others listed above…. still a great place.
