Home Fitness Equipment That You Already Have

There are a lot of different types of home fitness equipment that you can buy and use to better your fitness and your body. However not everything to use for home workout needs to be purchased or something special. You can push your fitness using mant items that you already have.

A Chair – One of the most versatile items. Can be used for dips, for leaning on with some stretches and as a marker for leg raising exercises and much more!

Cans - A can of corn can be used as light weights if new to lifting or to hold whilst running to give you an extra push. Heavier food items can be used for lifting and static strength exercises.

Paper plates - These can be used as markers for movement exercises or underneath your hands for moving pushups and similar exercises.

A wall – Walls can be used for a variety of things from a push point for stretching, a balance hold and a back rest of ski squats and similar things.

Yourself! - You are the most important piece of equipment. Your own body weight is enought o exericse most areas and you will be able to tailor many exercises to use your own resistance.
