Add Mango To Your Fresh Salsa RecipeOne of my readers, Judi from Michigan, sent an awesome Fresh Salsa Recipe a while back. It was for a basic salsa which is wickedly yummy but the great thing about it is that it (and most basic salsa recipes) can be messed with to make all kinds of variations.

So in this post we will look at some of the great ingredients you can add to your fresh salsa recipe.

1. Mango
If you have not tried mango salsa then you have to drop everything you are doing and try it now! Simply cut into small cubes and add near the end of your recipe.

2. Chilli
If you love Mexican food it’s likely you like a bit of spice. Adding a few chopped chilli’s to your salsa gives it a great extra crunch and bite.

3. Cumin Seeds
Throw a few pinches of cumin seeds in at the beginning of your recipe to add a slight Indian style taste.

4. Honey
A small spoonful of honey can give a sweet tang and often goes really well with added chilli.
