Round 2 of the Insanity Home Workout Program (<– Affiliate Link) is going really well! Insanity is awesome!
Even though this is the Week 2 Fit Test Update I have actually been at it for 4 weeks since the last Fit Test update. Basically I did not complete 2 of the weeks so started them again. The 2 weeks spread over 4 was a positive thing though. I am in exercise for the long haul so not worried about getting things done as fast as possible and just moving on!
Anyway I have put together a video to talk through this weeks results and I am very happy with them…. Please excuse the beard, it’s beard trim time in the next day or so!

Insanity Round 2 Progress
Well it’s going really well. As you can see my fit test progress is great and I am feeling some great tone and definition coming on. Just need to loose a little fat but I know that will come
Diet…
The last week I have been very strict and although I have lost no weight yet I know it is coming. I eat a lot of carbs because of my vegetarian diet but I am pushing protein n with as many beans as possible and some nuts, cheese and yoghurt.
Final Thoughts
I need to push hard these next few weeks and keep going strong on the diet. If I can get my upper body to catch up a little too I would be really happy.
I would love to know how your exercise is going and any other thoughts and comments you have.

Hey Forest,
Are you OK with eating eggs? They can be a good way to substitute in some protein and nutrients.
Do you do all of those movements in one workout? The jumps would probably be pretty exhausting. I like how one of them is called the “suicide jump”

Hey Kevin,
Yes I eat organic free range eggs at home (not so choosy at restaurants but probably should be to avoid being a hypocrite!). I am definitely an egg advocate, would love my own chickens one day.
These movements are just the bi-weekly fit test done for a minute at a time in one continuous workout…. I am absolutely floored half way through the test!
The daily (6 days a week) workouts are pretty intense and encompass these moves and many more. It’s mostly heavy on cardio and plyometrics (jumping and squatting).

Hi Tracy, yes it’s very intense, not for first timers that is for sure but a great work out for people already in good shape.
