Redbox DVD Rental May Freebie

Posted on 18. Apr, 2010 by in Saving Money & Finances

Redbox May Freebie OfferI love Redbox. It’s plain and simple, you go to your nearest machine and grab a DVD for $1 a day, great way to watch movies on a budget. Being here in Cairo I really miss the service but for my readers I keep an updated weekly post showing the latest Redbox New Releases.

Anyway onto the point of this quick post… Redbox sent me an email informing me of their May offer.

If you rent 3 DVD’s before April 30th (2010) then you receive a free rental during May (2010)… Not bad if you watch movies from them reasonably regular.

Redbox also allow you to reserve online, so your rental is at the box when you go to pick it up, and if you don’t have a Redbox nearby I noticed you can request a Redbox through their website, Redbox.com.

What do you think of Redbox and will you be taking advantage of this offer?

Redbox frequently sends me free codes, but they need to be used on the day sent. So, I never get around to renting free.

However, have you checked out YouTube.com/videos? My son and I just checked out all the free movies they have uploaded. Pretty impressive.

That’s annoying, they should have a 3 day life at least.

I was checking out that on Youtube the other day, some obscure stuff but interesting none the less…. Will be making good use of that.

I love redbox. Much cheaper than renting from “on demand” from fios service. Even if you return late, it’s only an extra buck a day. Thanks for !!!! post on my fav. movie rental co.
    Best, Barb

Redbox is an excellent choice…. A little like having a pay as you go phone as opposed to a monthly contract.
