I am not sure when, but I hope this becomes available soon. I would love to have a Hybrid car which also includes the option of solar power. Even if the total price difference for the car doesn't offset the savings on gas, I find it well worth it to not feel so constrained by gas prices and fuel emissions. I figure what Im doing is just trying to find out if by using an alternate fuel source such as electromagnetism, just how much power can be generated. With an ultimate aim of getting off of the grid. But from Ive been reading so far, the technology isnt really up to it, or is a little on the cost prohibitive side right now. But on the geek side Im going to produce a whirling set of magnets throuhg a or past a copper coil. Hopefully It willproduce enough power to light a flashlight bulb, LOLfun shit really.
