Why Are Cooking Light Recipes So Good?

I have been looking around the Cooking Light website and I have to say that I read an endless array of interesting and informative articles packed with delicious looking recipes. When you try and make one of the recipes they often turn out great too. I even wrote about Cooking Light Recipes and highlighted one of their awesome but simple pizza recipes.

What makes Cooking Light and their recipes so darn good?

Well firstly it’s obvious that they have a lot of cash. Their site design is top notche and makes you want to cook due to the use of high professional photography. But the real thing about them is the staff. The writing staff are top notch and obviously seriously know their food.

When recipes are written about they are in high detail with no extra fluff and more often video’s are being uploaded to accompany them. It’s a home cooks dream!

They also supply many recipes in many areas with health and budget in mind if that’s what you want. Take their recent look at original (Aztec style) Mexican Food. It’s all vegetarian, uses fairly common ingredients (for the most part) and doesn’t cost the earth… plus you learn a little food history in the process.
