Insanity Week 5 Fit Test Results
Posted on by Forest in Exercise, Health, Insanity
So this past Monday I finally completed Week 5 Fit Test of the Insanity, the home workout from Beachbody. If you have not been around hearing me talk about it then you can read about iy here: Insanity Home Workout Program.
Well, wow I did a whole 4 weeks already! Month 1 was hard but very satisfying and I will bring a review very soon. However I have been doing a few days of Month 2 and must say Insanity suddenly starts to live up to its name, these new workouts are harder than I imagined but I am determined to get good results from them.
The fit test went very well with me improving in all areas except for Globe Jumps. I think my regression here is due to better form rather than less fitness.
If you want to give insanity a try then why not pick up a copy. I am going to use this workout again and again until I can finally keep up with the crazy people in the video’s! Get Insanity Home Workout! (<– Affiliate Link)

You couldn’t pay enough for this level of personal training and here you get it all in front of you. I love home workouts and Insanity rocks!

Great job! You must be a machine to do 49 power jumps. I always had the hardest time with those. Have you heard about insanity asylum…2011?

Thanks….. It’s possible it was the power jumps that screwed over my globe jump results…. I was terrible at these and I just got better but they hurt!
I just went searching for info on Asylum… looks like it may be like Tony Horton 1 on 1… Could be good.

Thanks Evan, I am really happy… It’s hard work but worthwhile when you see the results. I can well see me doing a 2nd round of this Insanity as I really would like to start keeping up with them in the video’s on all exercises (I spend a portion of every video on the floor getting my breathe back).
P90x Week 1 is tough! I remember the pain every day and you just have to push through it, get your sleep, eat right and keep going…. It does get easier by week 3 and the aches leave you…. Good luck and keep us updated on progress.
